Great products. The Salesman Lashan was extremely sweet, polite and helpful! We did have a change of mind with our purchase however we hope and look forward to making a purchase with him in future :)

We ordered 2 buffet cabinets even though it was a 4 mth delivery time. I thought living out of boxes for another 4 mths won't be that bad we'd already done it for 3 mths. We had paid fully for the cabinets and then the blow came. I got a sms, not even a phone call, to advise it'll be another 2 mths. More than disappointing Nick Scali. I'd also like to point out that Nick Scali's details in their conditions of sales that delivery date is approximate and delivery could be up to 2 weeks later (not 2 months!).

Great service Grant was very patient with us while we selected our next lounge.

Lovely store to visit and browse around in. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Shelley was fantastic and provided excellent customer service. The products are of great quality and the delivery and set up was perfect.
