We bought a $599 coffee table in December and asked if we could collect from the store which the staff said we can’t as the manager doesn’t let anything get delivered there for pick up as it’s too heavy. So we then had to pay $80 for delivery, ok? Then we wait more than a week for the coffee table to get delivered. We unpack the frame and then we go to grab the box with the coffee table top to look at the box facing down on the ground. We pick up the box and there’s a big hole from transport and the delivery people have tried to hide it and face it down on our floor. We then tried to call them back to come collect it as now we don’t wait it as we can see the damage through the hole in the box. They call us back being rude and sarcastic saying “don’t shoot the messenger” and “it must of been like that before we put it in the truck” how is that our fault? We paid $680 for a coffee table with a huge stretch down the middle and chipping up the top. I am so disgusted by the out come as it just keeps getting transferred through person to person and we have cctv footage of the men walking in with the box with a hole in it.nWould never use this company again

Went in to look for a Sofa and had really excellent help from Sue. My partner and I couldn't ask for more.

Purchased a table for $1798, table arrived chipped and with marks on it. Have since been in contact with customer support. Have been told i have to wait another month until they do delivery in my area again and table will be replaced. Then informed them i will only be home till 12pm that day. Was told no time could be guaranteed and it would be best to take the day off. Not happy with this as i had to take time off the first time the table was delivered, why should i be further out of pocket by having to do this again? Bottom line table was damaged not the same as it was in the showroom/store. Was then told they don't unpack and check quality of items when they arrive in Australia from overseas. Buyer beware you could be stuck with a damaged purchase and take over a month for it to be sorted, that't if the new one is not damaged as well.

I purchased a beautiful table months ago. I was told at the time that the table would be available in a couple of weeks. Each month I recevied a phone call to avise that the table had not arrived. With Christmas approaching, the manager confirmed that I could use the floor stock over xmas as I was having guests. The day before delivery of the floor stock I was phoned by the North Lakes store requesting I make full payment of the table - or they would not providie me with use of the floor stock (i had already paid a deposit for the table, $190 delivery fee, purchased a coffee table and six dining chairs). The Manager who confirmed the use of their floor stock was conveniently not available. It was at this point that I wasnt sure that i would ever receive the dining table and was not prepared to hand over all of my money....... VERY DISSAPOINTED that i do not have a table at xmas time :( VERY, VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!

Bought a sofa set from here where the price was negotiated with delivery costs. When it came to delivery, the service was atrocious and unprofessional! The delivery people picked a time when they will be coming so if you're not available then bad luck pretty much! They never negotiated a time with us about when they can come. When it came to installing, none of the sofas came with screws or instructions which left us having to go out and purchase some screws hoping they'd fit. Won't be returning to this place!
