After market care for this company is a joke.nI bought a lounge and the fumes that came out of this couch sent my pregnant sister to hospital with nausea and vomiting I called the store to complain and was directed to the website. After no contact from their customer care team I went into the store to complain again and update them on the toxicity of their product and was advised to expect a call on Monday which was over a week ago. Whilst i understand that over Xmas time there are public holidays and things are busy but due to the health concerns caused by their product I expected contact within the 2 -5 business days. It's been almost 3 weeks and I still have a couch I can't sit on without feeling ill.
