Worst company to ever deal with. We ordered our chairs in December and paid in full and still waiting to receive them. We are well aware we had to wait 12 weeks, everytime we call the two ladies who work there are beyond rude and don't care about the customer. We ordered super early so we had time to receive the chairs but we have now been waiting 5 months.nWould never ever recommend this company to anyone. Please do not waste your money here

Pls dont buy from them .n5 month down got a defective recliner lounge set thats apparently 10000 dollars .got it on a 50 percent sale.nLooked beautiful but finally the product came that had a defective parts.have been back and forth via emails they only give be extended dates.nnShould have bought it from Plush was fooled by the offer .nnPlease people stay away .from this brand

No communication until they want final payment, then no communication on delivery. 10 to 12 weeks for supply turned into almost 6 months, understand covid impact but thats ridiculous. Told not arrived, but had arrived. Still no call, chase again, again and again. A company that has no concern for its customers apart from your money.

The staff at maroochydore particularly the manager are the rudest people we have ever met our 14 week wait has turned into around 26 weeks she said you cant call head office and complain or get a refund they wont give out their number its all email which i dont do well DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE DEBBIE AT MAROOCHYDORE IS THE RUDEST INDIVIDUAL I HAVE EVER MET DOESNT GIVE A RATS HOW LONG IT TAKES THEY WONT GIVE OUR $6500 BACK AND WONT GIVE US FLOOR STOCK WHICH THEY HAVE WILL BE THE ACCC FOR ME.

Wanted to say the customer service from Diana was fabulous Her product knowledge was outstanding and her design knowledge is second to none I truly recommend visiting this store and seeing Diana.
