My friend walks in and says “Oh, you got floating wood floors” I said “No, it’s vinyl plank”.nnMy floors look amazing, but what’s more amazing is the service Ray and his team provide. They have experience laying the product so their advice on the products they sell is spot on and they went out of their way to make sure I got the best product during a pandemic when supply lines have been disrupted. The guys who installed the floors were great and even managed to fit me in earlier than expected.nnThank you for a quality job.

Rays seemed genuine at first but after a call to say the colour we had chosen for our blinds wasn’t available he said he’d email me some other colour swatches. After two days of not receiving an email I left earlier for work so I could go in and choose a colour only to be told the swatches weren’t there and that he would email me. Still no email, so my husband and I went in over the next weekend and the swatches were finally there.nI received a call saying our blinds were ready and would be installed a few Sunday’s later between 7&8. My husband I woke up early to make sure we were ready for the installer to arrive. 7 came and went, then 8, 9 10 rolled around with nothing. The installer called just before 11, I told him the time Ray had said to us, he was very apologetic. He apparently called Ray to say what had happened , no call from Ray to apologise though.nBecause our day had already been ruined we got the installer to come straight away so we could salvage some of our Sunday. We had asked if he’d like us to remove our dryer from the wall so he could reach the door properly to hang the blinds, he declined and said he’d be able to reach, not a problem. Wasn’t until I put my next load of wash through the dryer did I notice the bracket had been ripped from the wall.nNot a very pleasant experience at all.
