Do not use them try to charge for extra and say the tank was not full on return. When i sent a picture of the receipt and fuel gage they said it must have been parked on an angel. Joke....
We hired a car for the day on Wednesday 22nd January. We were greeted by a cheerful and polite young lady who was extremely efficient and such a delight to deal with. She advised us of all our opportunities with frequent flyer points, RAC membership etc and when asked for some local knowledge about eateries and directions she was excellent. She gave us some great tips on where to eat and the style of food we'd get at each place. She was happy or us to leave our car at the train station in the morning which made such a difference to us with timing. This type of service is what we should expect, I know, but sadly it is not the norm. It was such a breathe of fresh air to have someone do their job so well and with confidence. Well done young lady, you made our day.
