Great service and value
6 berth Campervan was great with plenty of space for the two of us. And maybe a young family with small children.nBetter Camper chairs Would have been a little more comfy.nHad a small issue with the fridge not working. Service was great had an electrician attend the next day promptly all sorted and on our way.nEveryone involved was excellent with communications to get it fixed. Peter from Broome went above and beyond great customer services.nWould definitely use britz again and would recommend To anyone wishing to hire a campervan.
Really reliable camper! Comes with everything you need and pretty spacious inside. Team were really helpful and friendly in Broome. Would highly recommend!

My wife & I recently hired 4 berth Ventura van from Britz Broome.nThe guys at the depot were great & the van was clean & well prepared.nThe major deal breaker for these vans is the main double bed, I don't know if they are all the same but this is a critical flaw that could ruin your trip.nThe main fold down mattress features a grid of sprung hard plastic cells & only a thin mattress which makes sleeping [ or not sleeping ] a problem. It's like lying on a bed of small spaced apart stones on springs.nFortunately we were able to use a piece of the other bed situated over the cabin & the spare doona tonput some padding between us & the hard lumps.nWe are used to sleeping in swags & are not soft but this was just no good, it's a serious design flaw.nWe told the Britz guy when we dropped the van back & he commented that they had lots of complaints about the bed not being comfortable.nSo if you're hiring one make sure it doesn't have this feature.
