Great service from Pete at Maui yesterday. He couldn't have been more helpful. After not getting sheets and other linen on pick up in Perth, Pete provided us with everything we needed efficiently and pleasantly. He also replaced a faulty microwave for us.nThank you

Excellent support from the staff who, on Sunday, with reduced staff, managed to fix a lot of problems that tormented our camper (including the completely exhausted battery).nnThank you so much for your support and responsiveness.nnIn the meantime, they provided us with a replacement vehicle to be able to go with the children to the beach

After we were very satisfied with Maui / THL a few years ago, we chose this comparatively expensive provider for our trip to Western Australia. This time, however, our satisfaction is limited. The vehicles should be a maximum of two years old. We have been allocated a motorhome with more than 70,000 km, with corresponding signs of wear inside and out. The vehicle we took over was also not clean (for example, we found two empty pet bottles in the alcove or pieces of muesli in one of the compartments). During our seven-week trip, the petrol display went crazy and the cruise control also displayed an error message several times. The on-road service was very positive and was very prompt and friendly. The response to our complaint was also very friendly and accommodating. We will nonetheless take a closer look at other providers on our next trip.
