Early Settler Cairns

Staff in my experience unfortunately are generally pretty unhelpful, and at times downright rude. We had issues with a table, delivery dates blowing out and when it arrived it was badly water damaged. Staff organised a replacement but weren’t at all apologetic. They consistently failed to follow through with their promises (truck due today, we will call etc) and when I had to chase up they made me feel like I was being a hassle. The Early Settler range is great looking with some nice pieces, however we’ve had mixed results with regards to quality. I guess I’d class it ‘quality on a budget’, though you’d expect things to be just a little better based on the prices.

All ways been too expensive and haven't learnt their lesson after epidemic,which is a bit sad. A lot of furniture stores in Cairns Qld area think that it is ok to get the sale while at the same time neatly disguising the delivery dates out by several months.Enquire smart...
