Customer friendly and road worthy A1 cars. Don't bother using anyone else. Good value.
Rude, unprofessional, intimidating, a bully, no peoples skill, arrogant, poor attitude, the guy with the hat and sunnies needs to be taught manners. Please be careful if you have a pet ( a lap dog) they are the ONLY rental car company in australia with some strange policy who will not lease you a car if you show up with your little dog and turn you away even when you already have a car organised by Suncorp insurance. I have had to get an Uber to go back to the car repairer to pick up my car so I had a car to use. Suncorp has been well informed about the disgusting service I had experienced today with this company and Suncorp reassured me they will organise another car for me with their competitors. Please read fine prints on their policy and contracts. I’d hate for you to be caught out in anything else in the event you use their rental cars. Good luck!!
They are really good I was given a Hyundai i30 in immaculate condition. The whole process was easy and due to the fact the person that hit me going through a give way sign was driving a Hertz vehicle. So because of this and the fact I was not entitled to a loan car with the NRMA. This car did not cost me anything for a whole week. It only had 19,000 kms on the clock.
Very busy when I went in. But still have great service
Thank you for your compassion. Our daughter passed away on Tuesday and a tree totalled our car while we were making arrangements for her. We appreciate your help more than we can say.
