The car was great, the price was fair and reasonable. They only half pie comment I would make is: we don't all understand your jargon. I know you use it all day but I don't know your system so if I want to go inside and check on the price and ask questions, I don't like to feel like a nuisance doing that.
Good rental car organized through my insurance policy. The $100 bond is a little hazy and this needs to be structured better for the customer.
Existing damage to vehicle prior to me using it was clearly noted down. Which is good.
Left my coat in the car once I returned it. Had to call multiple times and eventually they pick up the phone lines. Weird. My coat, the car I was driving?! I would have expected an email or a call to ask if I had left lost property inside the vehicle. Instead I assumed I left it in there and proceeded to chase it down and eventually got a friendly woman who said yes it’s here and I’m welcome to collect it

I would suggest you try one of the other rentals rather than try your luck with this mob.
Terrible customer service, it was so bad that I had to laugh. I am not sure if they are lazy, busy or just don't care. Lesson learnt - Will never use or recommend them.
Came on Sunday morning and picked up my rental. There was a slight misunderstanding however the gentleman who served my Dad and I was super helpful and really saved my butt!!!! I was so grateful for the amazing service we received from him so thank you - you were amazing. It's a shame I can't say the same for the manager the next morning when I dropped the car off. I was told to have the vehicle back before 9am so we got there at 7:50am. The Manager was rude and arrogant and whined that the next customer was already waiting for the vehicle. Even though I was there well on time he made me feel like a massive inconvenience. If you don't want to be polite then maybe don't work in the customer service industry.
