The attendant was quite rude and short with us. We arrived earlier than the pickup time and were happy to wait until our actual pickup time. However when our pickup time came they pushed us back to 9:30am which is really frustrating when you have a big move on during the day. Andy’s auto I have used in the past and will use from now on.
Always had good experiences with thrifty when renting cars at airports and this branch was no different.
Excellent service and staff. Prices were very reasonable.
Girls where very helpful easy to do everything
Have never dealt with such an incompetent company trading hours clearly viable on the web site and front door also told by a staff memes to return in that day only to find that no one has shown up for work. I’m hold for over 45 min only to be told sorry nothing we can do come back tomorrow ummm no I am back at work tomorrow would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay clear everyone I will be taking this matter further.
