Very easy to deal with, unlike other car rental companies they dont take a deposit which is usually the most annoying part of car rentals.
Was given an Avis hire car through insurance after an accident. Insurance extended it for a week. I call Avis to confirm, they acknowledge the extension then charge me $300 anyway. Now I have to chase them to get my money back. Not happy.
Rented a car from Avis in Slacks Creek for 10 days, was told that it would cost $32 per day, I was also told that if I got the reduced insurance excess it would cost an extra $4 per day, it sounded good to me so I agreed. After 10 days I returned the car only to find that the reduced insurance excess was $27 per day not $4 and that there are a heap of extra hidden fees as well. I was expecting it cost about $400 instead it cost nearly $900. Do not use Avis they are liars and an absolute rip off.

Great service and will go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. I hired from the Springwood branch in Brisbane. Not the easiest place to find but was the most cost effective compared to the other branches in Brisbane. I highly recommend and have always used them.
