Amazing value! Just took delivery of our second sofa from Johnny’s Furniture Capalaba - the whole experience has been amazing. We were recommended by friends to visit the guys in store at Capalaba, great customer service experience, very friendly and courteous. They really know what they’re talking about! . We highly recommend Johnny’s Furniture Capalaba to anyone, we will definitely be back in the future! See you next time guys 😁

Great customer services until the couch actually arrived. The couch wouldn't fit in our elevator (even though we were told it would come in smaller pieces) and the delivery guys refused to bring it up the stairs for us. Paid $100 for them to drive it 10 minutes from their warehouse and then had to get our friends to help us bring it up the stairs. When we called the store they were unapologetic and put all the blame on us. We would have appreciated a little more understanding and assistance.

Great resolving of a product issue by Anders & Paul. Bought 2 x sofas, tv unit & coffee table. Larger sofa not in stock and had to wait approx 2.5 months for another one to arrive in the country. When it finally arrived it was water damaged and stained on one end. Sent photos to show damage to box and sofa and store agreed to replace with no issues and let me at least use sofa while waiting for new one to arrive. New one arrived after 2 weeks and delivered with no issues. Very happy with the whole loungeroom setting now. Well done for resolving issue so quickly.
