Sadly I have only 2 stars to offer the Capalaba site. We were originally told that our new furniture would arrive within 2/3 weeks, great gave us time to get our house repainted and de clutter! The end result was over 10 weeks and numerous phone calls and visits! A few phone calls we were told that one piece had arrived and not the other two, the next call it would be the opposite. Now we are patient people, what’s annoyed us the most, is that WE had to keep calling, we never received any running updates at all. Once you’ve paid for items, basically they are done with you. The quality of our items is spot on, the customer service, or lack there off, is deplorable given the amount of money we spent. Maybe focus on customers follow ups and you wouldn’t get so many average reviews!

I bought a 3 piece tv entertainment from here years ago and was guaranteed the one on the floor. A different one was delivered and it was not the one we agreed to buy. It was a different colour to start with. It was also damaged and I took photos and called them straight away. They then tried to state I did the damage while moving the unit into its place. I told them I hadn’t even touched the unit and it was still in the same spot when it was delivered. Eventually due to my persistence the correct piece of furniture was delivered. Due to the way they dealt with this and trying to avoid replacing the damaged unit delivered I never shopped there again. Based on my experience I would avoid the hassle with this business.
