My local Bunnings - I go there often. While Bunning's prices are on the high side, their range is good and availability not usually a problem. I bought a leaf blower there a few days ago. Went to their website first, saw what was available, decided on the one, saw that it was in stock and which aisle, drove down, in and out within five minutes.

Outstanding! This store and employer of your store as gone above and beyond for me. Due to a missed shelved item for delivery. Lachy W (the employer) went out of their way to ensure I got my delivery via express service and included their own personal message for me to say sorry. This just blew my mind and made my day. I have never had a more wonderful service from anyone or any business to be honest! Thank-you so much and please ensure Lachy W does not go unrecognised for theirs outstanding efforts. Lachy W is an asset to your store and company brand! I will be very happy to recommend more friends and family to use this store out of other stores and competitors. I would also, like to mention Deena from the online Customer Support Area. She was much helpful and responded quickly to queries of my order. She was very polite and helped me get my order on it's way.

Not myself, but the wife had to get a replacement round fluro tube. She waited while two Bunnings staff talked amongst themselves for way too long, and had to interrupt their conversation to try to get some assistance. Begrudgingly, a fella named Aaron, had to be dragged away from his workmate, to get any 'assistance', then tried to leave while the wife was still asking about the bulb size, and all he would do is point and say, "there they are there!". He was very short, and abrupt, unhelpful and couldn't get away quickly enough, no doubt to resume his conversation we had to interrupt to get his 'assistance' in the first place! Really disappointing lack of customer service. Aaron needs to reassess his reason for being in his job. He has really let down the rest of his colleagues, and the Bunnings brand. What a shame for the other workers there who were quite helpful, and were horrified when Araons lack of concern was raised. You can only hope that the management there read these reviews, and implement some type of training to arrest the apathy displayed by this individual, and thus improve his dreadful idea of customer service, which on this occasion has lead to total dissatisfaction!
