In December 2019 I purchased a new bed, a mattress and two bedside table at a cost of $3,500.00. I was told multiple times that the bed I purchased was one of their best sellers. I checked with the staff member several times ,to confirm that the mattress I had chosen would fit in the bed base. I was assured it would. Well guess what it doesn’t! It is so tight that I can’t get my fingers down the side of the bed to make it. I could not have foreseen this problem. I relied on the supposedly experienced staff. By May I had had enough of this mattress that did not fit the frame. I got lip service. Absolutely nothing else. Don’t waste your time or money buying anything from Capalaba Forty Winks. There is absolutely NO after sales service and they don’t care once they have your money. I will never shop here again.

This is a trusted store with quality bedroom furniture and mattresses. We have purchased many beds and mattresses from them over the years and have always negotiated a good deal with them. This store is always a pleasure to deal with.

Un-knowledgeable staff. Could on tell us what the computer says about the products. If she didn’t tell us once she said 1000 times that we have to buy their product because they’re the cheapest ( they weren’t) and the mattress was perfect for us, it wasn’t but the fancy machine they have told her it was.

We got to a total of Five bed stores on Easter Saturday, 40 Winks was the fourth, we where looking for that bed base that stuck out, only one previous store had greeted us, (super A Mart) we where approached by Greg and from the get go he was asking all the rite questions, we didn't buy in the spot but we returned later that day and did a deal. He later told me he was the proprietor, no wonder they had such a wonderful rating. 5 stars.
