We bought our bed here some years ago and have only recently had an issue with the mattress protector and a knock on effect with the mattress itself. The customer service from Lilly has been so exceptional that I had to leave a review to show my gratitude. Friendly, polite, prompt and willing to follow up as needed. Very impressed.
