Had the best experience purchasing a bike and all accessories from Mike’s Bikes. Joshua helped us and he was the most patient, helpful, knowledgeable and completely honest person and his customer service is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Best service ever with such an amazing Staff.nI drop my bike at 11 am, 30 min later my bike was ready to go. Both wheels done for really good price. Totally recommended 100%
My bike broke down a block from the shop, and even though I didn't buy it from there I wheeled it into the shop and one of the guys fixed it up for me on the spot. Absolute legends they had absolutely no reason to help to the level they did. Will definitely take my future business here.

We come to the coast several times a year from Melbourne; this time for the first time i packed the bike and came away. Upon arrival, squeaky discs and other random issues. Dropped past Mikes, fixed within 10 minutes. Super knowledgeable, super friendly, awesome service... lots of bike shops in Melbourne could learn a thing or two. I will never go anywhere else, dont waste your time with anyone other than Mikes Bikes, thanks guys.
