The tanned gentleman who served me on the weekend was excellent, he was understanding, knew what he was talking about and was very patient. The thing that surprised me the most was when he put the shoes on my feet for me which was something I have never experienced before. I would highly recommend this store to others.

I had a really positive experience with the Coomera Footmaster store. I went in to look for comfortable yet attractive work shoes, and tried on pair after pair after pair... Kat was incredibly patient, bringing out different sizes, styles and colours, and I really appreciated this. Will definitely go back for all my shoe needs - great customer service experience.

The retail assistant was so helpful and friendly. Much better service and knowledge than the other shoe shops I visited.
