Was getting a new router/modem. I was trying to figure out the products, due to not really knowing much about the items I looked for a staff member and spotted Cam. He looked busy restocking but came over and asked if I needed assistance and gave me a run down on the items i was looking at. Definitely a helpful staff member, 5 stars based on excellent customer service.

I needed a new printer and was undecided with what’s available instore. Cameron was busy moving stock on shop floor but was very helpful and friendly when I asked for assistance to help find the right one for my printing needs.

On 30th August. I came into the capalaba store. Stressed with multiple printing jobs.(deadline in a few hours) Chris was a lovely lady (employee) who assisted me promptly with excellent customer service.
