Amart Furniture Helensvale

We visited the store today and chatted with Christopher.nHe was great and helped us out with buying our new lounge. I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for and he understood that. He wasn't pushy, very knowledgable and so helpful.

Easy to park and store stock matched website stock so I was very happy. One thing I did notice during my visit is the price of furniture has truly sky-rocketed since I last purchased any. That is not just a Amart but everywhere I guess.

Orderd a double bed for our 13 year old daughter it was supposed to be in within three weeks mid January we had know contact from super Amart Helensvale to say when delivery would be so I called super Amart to be told it now will not be in until early February. The lady i spoke to said that she would email me other options for around the same price so we could get a bed for our daughter ASAP but that was a failed promise still have not received a thing this has been a poor service. The staff are great while they get the sale but I think after that who cares attitude.

Spoke with 2 different team members and had 2 totally different experiences.nThe first lady we spoke to was lovely and helpful. The 2 was not so good it started off with him telling a different customer to get off a couch because it's expensive and then the attitude he gave us when asking about delivery time frames was like it was a huge inconvenience for us to be asking for help.nWent in to spend money walked out choosing to no spend our money with thus store

Ordered dining table, chairs and buffet in December was told order would arrive first week of January to then be told it would be first week of February. When I received the items on Friday the 5th my dining table legs were damaged, I called the help centre to be told my replacement legs would be delivered on the following Monday. I called the store on Tuesday asking if my replacement had arrived to be told they wont be there for over a week but I would get a phone call the following day with a date and a reason why I was told the Monday to receive my item. To then not get a call back and have to call them again on Wednesday to talk the the store manager who seemed nice and told me I would get a call from him on Thursday to tell me if he was able to get my replacement parts on Friday, to then him not call me and receiving a call from a lady today/Friday to tell me my replacement wont come for a few more days and refused to tell me a day they would arrive. I am very unhappy and still waiting for my replacements to arrive with no information.
