Terrible service by the Manger Brad nonetheless. We bought a marble table and it has chips when delivered. Will be replaced and we are happy but inconvenient another day off to take delivery. We bought chairs and a rug. Booked for delivery. A few days later Brad calls and said rug is not available. Chairs arranged to deliver on original date. He separated the invoice and said I dont have to do anything as he will sort it all out. Today 3 March we are expecting delivery and when we called delivery mob they said it's scheduled 3 May! Spoke to Brad and complete disregard for customer service. Blamed us that we did not get a text from them. Blamed me for separating the invoice. Blamed the scheduling guys for getting it wrong. No ownership whatsoever and no offer to help. I tried to cancel and he used a threatening tone when he brought up 30% cancel fee! Do not trust this guy! Never again. Avoid this branch at all cost!nnManger rang me after store hours to threaten that he will take action against me due to this review! And he says he is not acting for Nick Scali. You are an employee of theirs and like it or not, you are acting on behalf of the company in relation to this review !

Good furniture but expensive. Got a marble table with scratches, lets see what they do about it.nnI have sent an email to Nick Scali. If not a reasonable response will have to take it further. Consumers have rights!

No call to inform us the lounge has been delayed again.. I've just spoken to the most rudest staff member at Aspley store.. absolutely no help.

I met Gaby this afternoon at Aspley Nick Scali, she is amazing, polite and best customer service.

Lovely and helpful staff, quick delivery and assembly
