Eureka Street Furniture Aspley

Do not order anything. I ordered a table in January eta end of March early April. Have been ringing every new eta they given me. Called again today only to be told a new eta of 19th May, available early June. Asked about a refund only to be told.. I can apply but may not get approved. Poor customer service. Not happy! Won't be shopping again!

I would highly recommend Eureka Street. Their after sale service is the best of any company I have dealt with. We are repeat customers and have always been happy with the quality of their furniture. 5 stars all the way!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful.nThe lounge furniture has very good quality feel, the price was excellent while the delivery staff did a very good job unpacking, assembling and removing all packaging. Eureka street furniture great job.

Worst experience ever. Zero customer service. Called the retail assistant incompetent for sending me on a two hour run-around for a viewing that never happened, and she kicked me out for abusing her. What a joke. No recourse, no responsibility, zero ability to have any issues sorted out.
