Staff talked me through my options, understood my needs and recommended a more fit for purpose option without over selling - were also willing to spend time demonstrating products and taking them out of packaging. Made a great shopping experience - now that I am geared up, next step, hope I survive my hiking adventure!

I do like Tent World, perhaps my favourite of the outdoor stores, this one is on-par with most.nnHelpful staff and a few good clearance items that I could not resist.

BEST FEATURE EVER: Being able to look online, select and RESERVE your item without deposit. You get a confirmation email and message that it has been reserved for you. On arrival, staff greeted me, acknowleged me AND had my reserved item behind counter where I then paid for the item. Love this place, (Browns Plains store).
