Sara was wonderful to work with. She took the time to understand my back problems in order to recommend a mattress better suited than the one I went in for. We were able to pick up all items (mattress and base with drawers) on the day which was a wonderful experience since at Bed Shed the delivery was weeks! Highly recommend. We also managed to get a king base with 4x drawers included in our original mattress budget which was a win!

Very efficient and friendly staff. No hard sell here. Practically had to force the guy to show us into the “best beds” room lol! Beautiful service. Haven’t got the bed yet (we ordered the whole kit and kaboodle) but I’m excited! I’ll update when we’ve taken delivery and actually slept in it.

Makin Matresses at Parkinson, QLD. We had a custom size mattress made for our camper. Sara was our salesperson and she was fantastic as was the other fellow on that day. The showroom is very well stocked with heaps of mattress and bed sizes to test . They listened carefully to what we were looking for and after trying a few different mattresses we were able to get one made using a combination of feels and support. We went to the showroom on a Sunday and our mattress was ready for pick up on the following Wednesday. That was including a public holiday on the Tuesday. Other manufacturers quoted 4 to 6 weeks. We haven't actually used the mattress yet but the quality and the workmanship are excellent and we couldn't be happier. Sincere thanks to Sara and the team at Parkinson.
