Very positive experience. The saleslady acknowledged me and I said I just wanted to browse but would ask for help if I needed to. Found what I wanted but didn't have my size. She organised ordering the shoes and rang me as soon as they were in the store. She was very pleasant and helpful. Wish all stores had the same quality of staff.
The friendly professional staff helped me try on about 20 pairs of boots to help me find a pair that fitted properly. They even helped put them on as after knee surgery I am unable to bend my leg properly. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Help keep local people in jobs and utilize their services by buying local. Thanks guys.
Great staff, I took my shoes for a exchange since size was too big and sorted everything out rapidly and professional. Highly recommend it.
