Brendon was so helpful tonight in purchasing fabric and other items. I was not familiar with this store layout but he took the time to show me where everything was that l needed. Very impressed with his high level of service and friendliness.

The store itself has a huge variety and is a very big size. The shelves are quite tidy and everything is easy to find. Which is good, because the staff were not quite as helpful. While they answered questions I had, it made me feel like I was bothering them and taking them away from their own private chats.nI was served by 2 floor staff members, who were a little abrupt and then when at the checkout, the lady serving seemed like she would much rather be elsewhere. I get it, retail can suck at times! But at least be nice to the nice customers who want some genuine help and have a trolley full of purchases.nWhile I will be back in the future, it is purely for the variety and not the service.

Excellent service today when I took back an item mistakenly purchased. Staff got the correct item and sorted out the paperwork quickly. Most impressed.

Giving this store 5 stars for the exceptional customer service given by the young lad at the checkouts and the manager on the day we were at the store. They were very helpful and able to resolve our return of goods.

What a great customer experience we had , we were there for a particular item and within a minute of being in the isle a young assistant asked if we needed help finding what we were after , we told her and she opened up with a wealth of advice on the product and what would be best , extremely helpful and knowledgeable which is sadly lacking in other places so often today. Fantastic .
