Use anyone else but this company!!. As per previous comments I was charged for things that were incorrect. After 6 phone calls I had it refunded as it was there error. VERY painful process. Then months later I have a debt collector seeking payment for that same charge affecting my credit rating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Staff is abusive! AVOID!
Pathetic service. Still waiting for my money to be refunded after almost 3 months! Money that should NEVER have been taken off my account. Emauled 3 times. Phoned capalaba twice and head office 3 times...waiting online for over an hour and still no one could help me.
Great service until they charge your account wrongfully. Trying to get the money back and keep keeping shoved away and ignored. I have been trying for 3 weeks now. Not very impressed
