Commonwealth Bank Southbank Branch

This branch executives did not have enough knowlodge on how to handle a simple issue. I am seeing for the first time my issue was resolved by customer care(I called myself after the visit) in few seconds but the branch cannot/ do not know how to fix. They are trying to find how to solve this and gave me some reasons that they have to call customer care which will take an hour. I would request the members here to learn stuffs so that no other customer's time will be wasted like mine by visiting a branch.

LOVE commonwealth first and foremost. this is just for a team member at this particular branch that i am not impressed with at all. To be honest, Kathryn Mackay Nojin really needs to learn how to communicate in a more efficient and respectable manner. Everything from body langue, to eye contact and what else may come between needs to be taught to this girl. From my poor and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE, she truly lacks customer service skills. I have never been more outraged by a customer service representative. Firstly, she was condescending, and answered her questions very curt and sharp. Secondly she would speak down to you as if you are a toddler learning for the first time, Thirdly, she would stare blankly at you after you'd ask a question before answering and made an effort to not explain things clearly. Lastly, and this one really grind my gears was the fact she did not even bother to go ahead and give me a calculated result for my loan repayments. she was so quick to have me sign documents that i had no idea of. Now let me make this very clear! i've gotten a loan from commonwealth before and know questions need to be asked. been there! however she went out of her way to interrogate me, and question my motives for my holiday that i wanted to use the money for. I'm left confused, unsure and very frustrated. I won't be returning to that branch.
