Mathers

I never leave reviews. But my experience was so bad I had to sign up to leave a review. Theresa was publicly bad mouthing ex employees of this store, I actually knew these people. One of whom had been employed at Mathers for MANY MANY years. Theresa was negative, disrespectful, rude and pushy. Both to me as a customer and to other people who had previously shopped there or ex employees. This is a small town and you can’t have people running a business like Theresa. With such little respect.nI didn’t like her at the motel, I didn’t like her at Aldi and I really don’t like her in her role at Mathers. I don’t know what the company is thinking in employing this woman? She goes out of her way to torment people. In her professional role. Terrible for Mathers shoes and terrible for the lovely people of our town. As long as this woman is employed, just avoid this place!

The manager here was awful, rude, condescending, abrupt and a gossip. Highly unprofessional.

Terrible experience. The manager, Theresa, was rude and obnoxious. She spoke terribly to us and fellow customers. She did not want to be in the shop at all. Upon talking to others in the town they have all had a similar experience with this woman. I will never go back.

The manager in this store, Theresa (I think this was her name on her badge) was yelling at her staff member in front of other customers. It was so awkward to witness. You could cut the tension with a knife whenever you go in there. Great store but terrible management.
