Rang twice to arrange a vehicle however they failed to return my call as promised. Very poor unprofessional service.
I’ve hired a truck on two occasions now and had no problems at all.
Very rough. Furniture badly damaged. Not up front with extra costs eg payment of cash to driver and helper for unloading and then to find items of MY valuable property missing on delivery. Theft. Then be fobbed off when I questioned them about it.
Dodgy company that tries to scam you by adding extra fees in the so called FINE PRINT!!! You receive confirmation of booking stating amount owed on pick up, EG: $207 for car rental plus deposit of $200 in BLACK & white...then when you go to pick up, they suddenly changed the amount of DEPOSIT to $750....which they will tie up for about a week.....Use to be a good company not anymore. If you want a Professional Company I would recommend Hertz , no sneaky charges etc, everything is in BLACK & White.
