I had the best experience ever with the Mt Isa office who went above and beyond to help me out. They were not only friendly and compassionate they went out of their way to make it happen for me and source me the type of vehicle that was necessary for me to travel home. Kimberley explained everything and provided that country hospitality that the North West was known for in the past. Really appreciate their friendly assistance.
Highly recommend 1300 Meteor for their excellent service. Booking and organising our truck with Tanisha was an easy process as well as picking up the truck on the day. After arriving late in returning our truck Alison the branch manager willingly stayed open for us and awaited our return with no dramas at all! We are very appreciative of her understanding our moving situation. Affordable and reasonable prices, way cheaper than using a removalist.
