I was in Windsor Smith today to buy a pair of boots. The women working there was very good and very kind. There were multiple people in the store and she was the only one working. She was doing a great job and helping everyone with there needs. There was an older women who proceeded to raise here voice and complaing about the service. She made the complaint personal by telling the girl that she wouldnt hire her if she was looking for staff. I think the girl at your store handled the whole situation very professionaly.nI was served by Liliana at 1:27pm

I love Windsor Smith. The girls at this store are extremely accomodating and knowledgable about their products. I come in a few times a month and have never received anything but amazing service and advice when buying shoes.nnI will continue to shop at this store as I love Robina and Windsor Smith

The girl that was working in your store today needs her job role evaluated!!!nI walked in around 3pm today wanting to buy a new pair of boots and flats for work however wasn’t even acknowledged by the staff member as she had her head stuck into her computer (check browser history it wouldn’t even surprise me if she was on social media)nI walked around the shop for more than a few minutes picking up shoes thinking she would come over and help me with a size however still no acknowledgement. As I walked out the door she didn’t even lift her head so I went back in and ask for her name. She refused to give me her name as she knew she was in the wrong and would get in trouble. I walked in willing to spend a few hundred dollars but because of this girl i ended up going over to Tony Bianco and spending my few hundred there.
