My wife and I recently purchased a chair from Hope in the Robina store. As someone who has personally worked in sales for 10 years I was extremely impressed with her service, product knowledge and demeanour. We had actually gone out to do Christmas shopping for our family but she did such a great job we ended up buying ourselves a present instead! Thanks Hope! Looking forward to receiving our chair this Friday!

After seeing a very affordable price tag, I sat down in a chair to try it out. The chairs were turned on and on display facing out ready to be sat in.nnSo I sat down. Had a read of the price tag and the buttons, and pressed the on button. I was impressed. They’ve come a long way in recent years.nnThen had the attendant yell at me that I would break the chair by pressing the very obvious “On” button myself, and that I should let her do it because I wasn’t trained.nnI apologised and turned it back off again.nnAs I waited for the chair to reset so I could get out, she continued to aggressively tell me that it was a $5000 chair, that there were many settings (there were 8 buttons all very clearly labeled and not complicated darl) and I could hurt myself, etc etc. All while I’m stuck in this chair unable to leave because it’s not finished resetting.nnI‘m actually in the market to buy one, but why would I buy from an aggressive old hag with an over inflated sense of importance and an attitude problem, who won’t even let me try the chair.nn—nnPro tip lady, next time you see a potential customer testing out and enjoying your product. Perhaps try asking them if they’re enjoying it, and if they’ve tried x feature. Instead of yelling at them and ridiculing them. You could have made a sale today, instead I’m just going to go online.nnTL;DRnnDon’t waste your time. They don’t want your business unless you’re in a suit.
