Christine was super helpful and we weren’t rushed or pressured to make a decision. They altered the fabric on the mattress to one we liked, the delivery guys arrived when they said they would. I didn't know where to start looking for a mattress so I went to Makin Mattresses Nerang as I heard that they had good mattresses. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I explained to Christine the back problems we have and she explained their different mattresses to me so I was able to feel assured, I had picked the right one. Trusting a company and sales people is very important to me and I feel confident in my purchase and look forward to it arriving!

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. I recommend purchasing your mattress from any other making mattresses store but this one. We are extremely disappointed about how rude a member of the sales team was to us and when I discussed this with another staff member during collection of our mattress she then proceeded to also be extremely rude. We were treated as second class citizens in this store twice.
