Faulty, squeaking shoe, disgraceful response from online customer service expecting me to go out of my extremely busy days, whilst working remotely and film and photograph your faulty shoe. All I needed was a replacement.

The assistant was hopelessnShe told me I didn't have wide feet which I do. Left foot wider than right which is the opposite,as right foot is wider. Told me I would get use to them eventually. Went to athletes foot and got the most comfortable runners. Have a high arch.
