Sophia is so helpful and goes above and beyond every single time i go into the store
Is this a shoe store? I thought it was like a nightclub or something. Just with a shoe theme. Must the music be so loud and so bad? Couldn't stay. Staff are uhm... A mixed bunch, they also give the impression of it being a nightclub for kids the way they dress along with the generally conceited vibe.
Unfortunately they didn't have the shoes I wanted in stock as they only carry so much. But overall the experience was good. Very helpful in their attitude.
I've been to this particular store several times and unfortunately the service is always atrocious. Whether the store is empty or not, you have to hunt down an assistant. If you have any questions about the merchandise, they either do not have the answer or give bad advice. I wish I was exaggerating. On the plus side, if you know what you are after or wanting a particular style, they do have a reasonable selection/ variety of shoes not commonly found in store.
