Worst store ever the man working there today should be fired, what a joke! I would go to city beach or platypus for shoes or other stores will have much better staff and respect for customers.nI wouldn't recommend this store to anyone!
I went to the Carindale store today and purchased a pair of red converse shoes. The service was really great, my shoes had a couple of pen marks on the right shoe. The sales assistant cleaned it up and came out awesome and also gave me a little discount as well.. very happy and I will be shopping there again..Very nice customer service.. Very happy indeed
Great store with loads of options. It happened that they didn't have my shoes in store, but the staff were super helpful at sourcing them for me and getting them sent to my house ud83dude00
Awesome selection of shoes. Poor service. I picked up the shoe i wanted to try on. Super cool shop assistant was on the phone. She looked at me but instead of giving me an apologetic look she gave me a dirty look. I put the shoe back on the shelf and walked out. She missed a $120 sale. I went to another shop nearby .
Shockingly good customer service both visits quick and to the point. 10/10 recommend.
