I was picking up a hire car on the day of a family funeral and the staff were amazing. As I stood there sobbing, they were kind and caring and even when I called back a few days later to clarify a couple of things because I was not listening the first, again the staff were wonderful.nThe car was clean and perfect. The team were professional, caring and just wonderful to a poor woman sobbing. Thank you for making one part of my life easier that day.
Extremely rude,ignorant and racist front desk lady. I had a booking at 9 , calls me just before 9 and tells me your car is not ready come at 1pm. I go there at 1pm car is still not ready and makes me wait for 30 mins. I had to say cancel my car and leave from there. What a pathetic service thrifty Tingalpa , shame on you. I asked to speak to the manager and she mentions, manger is not here. Wasted my time. Please never book from here.
Extremely poor service. Rude front of house and they short changed us in the car we were supposed to receive. Specifically requested a 6 seater, but when my wife went to pick up they only gave us a 5 seater. Constantly hiding behind - that's not our policy. Rang to complain the day after, and they ignored the call back request. Avoid this place
Good prices but need to book ahead. Lovely receptionist.
