The team here are very friendly and nothing is an inconvenience, we needed to rent a van with very short notice and they transferred a van from another location within the hour to accomodate us with no extra charge. I don’t often send reviews etc however I wanted to send through some feedback on Alex the supervisor from Europcar Tingalpa.nnWe had originally booked to fly into Brisbane this week, pick up a car & drive to The Sunshine Coast.nObviously then the Brisbane lockdown occurred one day out from when we were meant to be arriving.nThis caused a lot of stress in needing to reorganise hotel, car & potentially not being able to go on our trip anymore dependant on costs, availability etc.nnI called through to discuss what options we had & was extremely lucky that Alex was the person to answer the phone.nHe was extremely understanding of my frustration, looked up multiple different, locations that we could potentially pick up the car from, called a manager from another site to see if they could honour the price & ultimately told me he would call back once escalating to his direct manager.nnWhen he called back he had organised for me to pick the car up from The Sunshine Coast airport & was able to work out a fantastic price based on the situation.nAlex went above and beyond to reassure me throughout the process & to do everything he could to ensure we had the issue sorted.nI would have to say this is the best customer service I have ever experienced from a hire car company & it made Europcar stand out amongst the others.nnThank you.nnCrysten!
