Went here, as I was out riding when my brake came loose. I asked him if he has an extended Allan key that I could use to do up the mounting, and he tried to charge me 50 dollars for an Allen key set that wouldn’t have fixed it, as they were all too short to reach.... I understand it cost money to run a shop, but had he helped me, I might have bought me next bike from him. Instead, I’m leaving this here 3 months later, when was looking for a local bike shop to buy a bike from. Ha ha ha

Highly recommend to steer clear! Quoted $37.50 to replace a spoke and that it will be ready that afternoon. They rang back that afternoon to say they can’t fix it and I’ll have to wait until tomorrow for another mechanic to come in. Picked up bike and was charged $64 with no prior notice of increase in cost. Claimed it was due to extra time spent. Less time was spent as I said keep tyre off as I’ll change to a new tyre when I get home. Will never go back!
