I couldn't be happier with Fleetcrew services and I will definitely use them again. I hired a 8 seater 4wd couple weeks ago to go to Fraser Island. The car was super clean and running fine. Unfortunately we had a mechanic issue with the car in the last day which it could happen with any other car in any other place. As soon as I contacted the Fleetcrew staff (Ben) to let them know about the occur, he was extremely helpful with me and arranged a new vehicle in few minutes! He was also making sure everyone was ok and we would have enough time to take our ferry on time. Returning back home I was also surprised by FleetCrew when they returned my bond back quickly + 1 day of rent fee back because of the mechanical issue.nI will definitely recommend FleetCrew for anyone.
Have hired 4wds twice here for trips to Fraser and Moreton Islands. Great vehicles, service and price. Can't wait for the chance to use them again!
