We cannot fault the service from Builders Discount Warehouse and Made of Stone. Right from the get-go Monique was amazingly helpful and after sales service was equally commendable. Likewise Krystle and stonemason staff from Made of Stone were wonderful and their after sales service was just fantastic. My husband and I would unreservedly recommend these suppliers. What a great experience! We needed a stone top for our new bathroom vanity at short notice after our original supplier couldn't deliver. Three weeks out from Christmas the team was able to fit us in, they met the estimated time frame and cost, and the end result is fantastic. Would not hesitate using them again for our next renovation project.

A family member visited the showroonon my behalf, asked for a quote n we gave our plan and email, they didn't send it as promised, had to do a followup call to recheck our contact details and was told staff were on leave and they would send it as soon as possible. Im still waiting for the quote to arrive. If they can't even give a simple quote or courtesy call, does it matter that their price is budget friendly. Terrible customer service!!! just wondering how long other services would take. I have gone with another supplier....
