They don’t update their online system. I checked availability of something on their system and it gave me that they have what I’m looking for. I went there from Saint Hubert about one hour and half to find nothing. I checked again the system, it gave the same result .I think the administration should work more on customer satisfaction, inventory; reorder point and quality. Price is not the only criteria to compete in business.

Cowansville's Canac is well organized and has great inventory. COVID measures are well in place and don't interfere with client experience.
