Very rude employees but it is nothing apart from the managers who are detestable. I wanted to get an item reimbursed at $ 72 because it did not suit me and I was told that there was no question of reimbursing it given the price !!! We are talking about $ 72 not 500! For 72 $ they prefer to lose 1 customer who can earn them several thousands of $ per year (the invoice which included the 72 $ was almost 400 $) rather than to reimburse a small sum of 72 $ !!! In addition, on their site, it is indicated that you can bring the item back within 30 days and be reimbursed! I brought it back after 2 days in its intact packaging !! In addition to being unpleasant they advertise by refusing to reimburse when their site says otherwise !!! Everywhere in hardware stores we get reimbursed without problem !!! A place to avoid absolutely !!! I have no other choice but to make a complaint to the consumer union and talk about it to the media because if they did it to me they did it to others and will do it again! I would not let go of the song Bmr novago! You did not come across the right pear! Shame on you!!
