Lots of stuff and lots of employees on the floor to ask questions. I would go back.

The store is nice and convenient but some staff are less helpful than the other. Website indicated an item was in stock at the store but i couldn't' find it at its stock location. I asked one staff but he just told me it's sold out without even bother to check. I found another Rep and he was able to locate it at the overhead storage.

Absolutely best customer service. We had a wrong appliance being delivered to our tenant house. I was left with an angry tenant who wanted to leave and stay at a hotel because their cooking stove was not delivered. I stopped at West Vancouver Home Depot branch talked to the appliance manager and he gave me a better and more expensive appliance with the price of previous appliance i purchased to take home. I cannot thank Arwin( manager) enough for making this happen. I was the happiest customer leaving the store. After shopping at this store for nearly 20 years, we have never had a problem with a delivery and this only one time mistake turned out to be my best shopping experience. I see there are many other new/ old appliance stores in Vancouver, but none of them can ever compete Home Depot’s customer service and reputation. They truly value and care for their customers. I thank you again Arwin and thank you Home Depot.

Nicely kept and well organised Home Depot in Park Royal South. Lots of parking around the back and while it is smaller than the average Home Depot due to location there is a plentiful selection there and it is well staffed. We got keys cut here and it was done quickly and both keys worked great. There's an upper floor with more renovation and kitchen and bathroom materials and fixtures so a great place to go for small home renovations and tools.

Found it very difficult to get a price match on appliances even after the manager gave clear instructions to the employee to do it. Very poor service and the person helping me then said if you like the brick so much why don't you go there?. Only giving 2 stars because they did honor the price match after I had to be a karen.
