I'm building a greenhouse and wanted custom-shaped double pane glass. I tried a couple of suppliers but found them pretty well indifferent to my project. I then called Capilano Glass and immediately found a much more pro-active response. They sent out a skilled installer to scope out the project; provided me with a very reasonable quote; then sent out the same technician to take detailed measurements. When I accepted the quote they promptly processed my order and the same technician plus an assistant came out and installed the windows, all of which fit perfectly despite the fact that some of the shapes were irregular. Kes and his team were very good to deal with - prompt at responding to some questions I had, attentive to details and friendly but businesslike. I give them 5 stars!

On 6/10/2020 at approx 10:45am, your driver cut us off on Marine Drive near Park Royal heading West. We had to merge into the right lane due to construction and he aggressively sped up to block our car from merging in. Then he proceed as slowly as he were earlier. We don't know your business but this driver is definitely not representing yours well. Especially carrying glass, I'd suggest you find yourself a new driver who is careful. We have a baby onboard as well. Thank you

Great customer service. Work done ahead of schedule and to a great standard. Helped fix a broken mirrored bedside table which saved me buying a new one. Only comment would be to open til 6pm instead of 5pm. Thanks Capilano Glass!

On the first call left me on hold for 15mins before cutting me off. When I called back they were abrupt and rude on the phone and said my request was too small to be worth their time. Finding somewhere else to give my money.
