Good Selection... Busy Congested Area, Adequate Parking...

After my horrible experience with the other Canadian tire in Richmond, I just want to acknowledge how helpful and friendly the staff at this location is. I was in the return line with someone in front of me waiting for an exchange item, and another employee who was free jumped on to help me. Online pick up was a breeze as it should be and the staff here are tentative. Ample parking, has a Canada post and the online pick up desk has a much better set up than the one on No.3.

I witnessed a manager being rude to a customer yesterday, to where he was mortified by the service. The manager became quite aggressive with her tone, resulting in everyone around her feeling uncomfortable. As for the customer whom she dealt with, I do feel as if he almost felt embarrassed due to the chaotic scene she had caused, which was uncalled for. Personally this becomes quite concerning from outsider prospective being she has a leadership role and influence on her coworkers as she is a manager. Looking forward, I do hope this location takes this as a learning opportunity to go into depth with its employees about customer care and educate them better so this won't happen to someone else.

HIDDEN CHARGES! Went in for a winter tire swap, was quoted 119$ for the job. Came back to pickup and there was an extra 11$ charge for shop supplies. Asked why and they said oh balancing and such, excuse me but shouldn't the 119$ charge cover the whole job? Why couldn't you tell me on the phone or at the counter? This is deception and just BS, never had that happen to me before and will not be coming back at the end of the season or ever at the auto shop

Terrible experience here probably the worst Canadian Tire I've been to. Bubbly ain't really bubbly shes the complete opposite sad to see her parents name her that but honestly shes rude as hell and I've never seen someone so sick and evil in my life. 1 star goes to Canadian Tire as a company you guys are great but I can't give the other 4 stars if you have Bubbly as a manager.
