We were at the photography department a few days ago to buy a camera for our grandson. We knew what we wanted so it was an easy purchase. Richard was our salesman and did an excellent job of presenting the product to us. We have bought a few products from him and have always enjoyed his personality and product knowledge. He puts a lot into his work and the results show!

Jenny K at the pharmacy was wonderful. I had a bit of a complicated prescription (shortage of medication Canada-wide, as well as transfer of prescription from another pharmacy to them) and she handled it with humour and was able to fill it for me. Won't be switching pharmacies again anytime soon. Thank you, Jenny!

Ann was friendly and helped me find what I needed right away! The guy at the Photolab was wonderful, everything was super quick. They helped me get my parents wedding photos perfect!

Beste Phone service ever.... I am 57 and working myself in the service industry; London Drugs, you can be very proud of staff member Arianne at the phone section. Professional, relaxed, patient (because I am a nerd on phones and do not know much...) and efficient. On top of a Samsung promotional rate I got also a $100 gift card from London Drugs as part of the promotion. I am a critical customer but when compliments are well deserved I go and sit for it. My visit was today Sunday 08/02 in the morning. Thank you Arianne!
